I had an extremely comfortable stay post-surgery with attentive staff at the reception and efficient bar service. However, I faced significant issues with cleanliness and amenities in other instances. The lack of a pool, which was advertised, and the cramped room situation were disappointing aspects of my experience.

I had a pleasant experience at this hotel, which boasts a prime location in the heart of Izmir, making it easy to explore. The corner suite we upgraded to was spacious and luxurious, though the initial room was quite cramped. The breakfast spread was outstanding, showcasing a variety of delicious Turkish dishes. While the pricing for the corner suite was reasonable given its luxury, the smaller rooms felt a bit too basic and could use improvement.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel, thanks to the welcoming staff who made me feel right at home. The rooms were lovely and very comfortable, offering a great space to unwind. The location was perfect for exploring Izmir, close to many attractions. However, I found the dining experience to be lacking, as the food at the restaurant wasn't up to par. Overall, I'm very happy with my stay, although I wish the restaurant had better options.
